Michelle is a seasoned business coach and healer. For over 20 years she has been working with individuals and small business owners to help them create the best versions of themselves.
Born in NY, Michelle relocated in 2002 and moved to San Diego to start her first consulting and coaching firm, The Effortless Living Institute. Since then she has trained thousands of people around the world, spoken on stages in 6 countries, and authored 2 books.

Michelle implements The Rasha regularly and brings that energy to her clients.

When Michelle is not working, she loves spending time as a Mom to her son John Robert, dogs Brownie and Oreo, and wife to her husband John. She loves yoga, dance, healthy eating, travel, and meditation.
John Humphrey
Co Founder
John Humphrey is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, and is best known as The Revenue Generation Expert.
He is an expert at implementing systems to generate ongoing income for not only his own companies but for all his clients worldwide.
In 2002 he left his New York lifestyle as a high-paid consultant in the pharma industry and came west to San Diego, where he and his wife Michelle started their first business, The Effortless Living Institute. Since then they have built and sold multiple companies in healthcare, coaching, Infinite Banking, Luxury Short Term Vacation Rentals, and the IoT Helium Network.
He is a best-selling author of 3 books and speaks on stages worldwide.
His no-fluff approach and comedic nature make learning fun and engaging.

Now If you don’t find John on a zoom call, on a stage, or traveling with his wife of 20 years Michelle, and his son John Robert, you’ll most likely find John on a golf course. An avid golfer, he enjoys travel, great food, awesome wine, and connecting with old and new friends.
